Coconut Oil Sun Burn Relief

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years to prevent sunburn dating all the way back to the Egyptians, its noted that they combined animal fat with Myrrh to prevent and treat sunburns. Here is my take and some others for relief from the burn.

Coconut Oil pure, unrefined or virgin coconut oil when using a natural oil such as this your receiving many benefits that aren’t even related to your skin do to the fact that the oil will circulate through most of entire body. Not only is coconut oil amazing for Sunburns it also acts as a mild sunblock!
